Steel Windows and Doors
This company’s philosophy is committed to providing clients with unyielding standards of excellence, innovation, high-quality, and seamless execution.
Over the years they have had the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects with many of the countries top Architects and Interior Designers.
This diverse experience allows them to provide substantial expertise in the design, fabrication, and installation of complex steel and bronze fenestration.
The fenestration exhibits a hand made artisan quality featuring narrow muntins and frames, traditional silicone glazing, proprietary hand-applied weather-worn finishes, bronze sills, and continuous waterproofing flange.
As testimony to the exceptional quality and aesthetics of the product, they have a distinguished portfolio comprised of a wide range of residential, country club, resort, and retail projects in areas such as La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Newport Coast and Beach, Shady Canyon, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Montecito, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, Pebble Beach, Napa, Lake Tahoe, and Scottsdale.
Custom and Modular systems
Custom: If you can dream it, it can probably be built. From steel conservatories to solid bronze arched doors, to machined stainless steel units, they have built a reputation for being able to execute the most complicated fenestration projects.
They are a Vertical Operation providing clients with conceptual drawings, elevation drawings, shop drawings, engineering, fabrication, finish coating, glazing and installation.
Modular: They have a collection of steel module sashes in styles and sizes that can be arranged to accommodate a variety of architectural conditions. Modular provides a lower cost alternative to Custom-made, one of a kind units.
Cutom fabrication is labor intensive and inefficient. Modularization takes advantage of duplication and enhanced utilization of tooling and streamlines the fabrication process. Modular units are identical in construction, appearance and finish to Custom units and for substantially less cost.
